OMG! This book. The feels.

So, being an impatient person I read the teaser chapters online a few months ago for this one - and then regretted it as I had to impatiently wait for the release of this incredibly kick-ass book! So as soon as this book was released I devoured it in one sitting. This book was just amazing - the journey K.A. took us on with Amelia was just so sweet.

Amelia knows she made many mistakes when dealing with the fallout of her divorce with her cheating ex-husband. Moving across the country to reconnect with her children, Amelia has to cut ties with her rich family and her best friend. However, her first day of moving into her new house in Magdalene and her ex-husband turns up on the doorstep to verbally abuse her. This is how she meets Mickey - seeing his neighbour in a domestic dispute, Mickey steps in to help a damsel in distress.

After an amazing day with Mickey and his family, Amelia moves in to kiss Mickey. However, Mickey rejects her due to feeling not being able to provide for such a wealthy heiress. Thus begins the neighbour-dispute between the two.

Mickey - how I loved this Irish little sweetie-pie. He was just adorable. His kids were super sweet. I absolutely loved this man.

At first I thought Amelia's kids were heartless, cold and just plain ol' nasty. The way they treated her was disgusting. Yes I get they were hurting and embarrassed over their mother's previous actions, but would some loyalty have been so wrong. However, they came around and they were sweet in the end.

This book was just simply sweet and amazing. I can't even put into words how much I loved this book. This is a must read guys.
