I adored this book completely. It was amazing - I devoured it in five hours. Literally. I started it at 8 o'clock at night and was finished by 12:30am. The time just flew by it was that amazing.
Jake just stole my heart. The way he just stepped in to help the kids, as if they were his own, we're just adorable. I'm not going to lie, I swooned. I think Jake is my Book Boyfriend of the Year for this year. He was perfect. I adored him whole heartedly. I especially liked how the book was from his point of view throughout - I loved how he was with the little ones.
I loved all the kids. They were amazing - they all had their own personalities, which were charming, delightful and unique. They just made me laugh - especially when Jake first 'bumped' into Rory. The little troublemaker was hilarious.
I loved Chelsea - I loved how down-to-earth she was. How she took on all her brother's kids. She was just so awesome and cool - if I were to meet her in real life, I'd want her to be my best friend.
Overall this book is kick-ass. I have such a book hangover from reading it, so I am going to scour Goodreads for more romance's with substitute father's.

So, I've just finished Worth It. I adored Knox. I fell in love with him in the flashbacks as a teenage boy - but it was his unwavering love towards Felicity through everything he went through that ultimately stole my heart.
And can I just say how much of a Felicity/Olicity fan I am! Me and my mum watch Arrow religiously. It was awesome to know that you based Felicity off of her - Emily Bett Rickard's is an amazing actress and I adore the quirky adorableness that she brings to such a serious show like Arrow. Okay, fan-girling over.
I loved Felicity in this book - I loved her sneaky, mischievous nature that we saw in the past. I loved her loyalty towards her niece who she was determined to know. What I didn't love was her family. They're evil. Except Garrett - he slightly redeemed himself.
Now, I can't wait till Asher's book. I've always been curious about him and I think we learnt so much about him in this book. There's something about Asher that has me intrigued and mesmerised as well as swooning all at the same time. I have a feeling his book is going to be amazing and he might become my favourite Forbidden Man yet...

So, I've been pretty absent for a while as I had lots of exams and work was getting in the way. If I wasn't revising, I was at college. If I wasn't at college, I was at work. I literally had no free time to read or review.

OMG! I loved this book. I was nervous about going into it due to what we knew about Logan and his feelings in the first book, but it was dealt with extremely well.
So, Logan believes he is the worst friend in the world. He has 'feelings' for his best friends girlfriend, Hannah. Or so he thinks. Logan's been spending the past few months by being a manwhore and drinking himself silly, to help him deal with his 'guilt'. One night he goes to a party in his friend's dorm and knocks on the his dorm door. And Grace answers.
Expecting a quiet action-movie night, Grace is dressed ready to chill out. However, opening her dorm room door to the John Logan is a surprise for Grace. Obviously getting the wrong dorm, but leaving his phone and car at home, Logan is left stranded in this Freshman's dorm. Using her phone to call a cab - and not able to get through - Grace invites him to hang out and watch some movies with her. But, what starts as a casual hang-out, soon turns into a hook-up. A hook-up which leads Logan to slam out the room within minutes, and leaves Grace unsatisfied.
Knowing that Grace was left unsatisfied, Logan sets out to rectify that. And what starts as casual, is soon anything but. Grace decides to give her virginity to Logan, and he doesn't take it well. Still believing he has feelings for Hannah, he comes clean to Grace and she promptly throws him out.
Hannah soon gives Logan a talking to, showing him how he isn't jealous of Garrett having Hannah, but is in fact jealous that Garrett is in a loving relationship. Knowing what a big mistake he made with Grace, he tries to get in touch with her and rectify the situation - too late. Grace has gone to Paris for three months to stay with her mum.
After a Summer of Grace avoiding his calls, and knowing he made a big mistake, as soon as Logan sees Grace he plans to win her back.
I loved this book it was amazing. Grace was simply adorable. Her nervous ramblings was endearing and cute. She was so sweet. And she wasn't going to roll-over for Logan. She made him earn back her forgiveness - I loved her list of 6. The poem was hilarious. His photo on the red chaise. And the message by the Bruins player. It was kick-ass. Grace wasn't a pushover, and I loved this about it.
Logan was simply delicious. He had me breaking out in shivers and goosebumps - his completion of Grace's list was awesome and had me panting, wanting my own John Logan. I loved him. I felt so sorry for him - not being able to go Pro due to familial problems and his sense of duty and loyalty was awe-inspiring. He was amazing.
I admit to falling in love with Dean in this book - I cannot wait for his book. And did I suspect a little hate-love relationship going on with him and Sabrina? Please say yes. I think that would be kick-ass amazing!
I do need to say though that although I loved this book, and Logan - Garrett and Hannah will always be my fave! Garrett stole my heart, and I don't think I'm ever getting it back. Ever. Garrett is my No.1 Book Boyfriend of all time. Seriously.
Guys, you need to read this one - read both of them. This is an awesome sequel to the series and I cannot wait for the rest. You are one kick-ass author Elle Kennedy, I commend you.

Every NFH novel is written so that it can be enjoyed as a stand-alone book with the exception of this one. When I started writing Double Dare it wasn’t meant to coincide with The Game Plan, but it does. So, if you haven’t read The Game Plan, you may want to wait until after you do so that you can fully enjoy this book.
It comes as no surprise that I adored this book. I love the Neighbour From Hell series, and I want, no that's not right, I need, my own Bradford. Pretty please can I have one? Maybe there's a Noah or Jack Bradford out there waiting for me to move next door, so he can terrorise me. Sigh. A girl can dream, right?
I loved Darrin in this book. He was just the most awesome, sweetest guy I have ever met. I love him. He was just simply adorable. His unwavering love for Mary-Beth was just awe-inspiring and so incredibly sweet. One day I hope to have a best friend like Darrin. (However, saying that, Trevor will always be my favourite Bradford. Shh.. Don't tell him that though, it'll go to his head.)
I felt so incredibly sorry for Mary-Beth in this book. Going through what she must have, knowing that she couldn't have birth her own children was simply heartbreaking. The worst part - trying to give up her soulmate, her one true love, because he can't wait to start a family and have kids, and she can't have them. I almost cried, it was so sad. And when she thought she was being sneaky with her birth control injection, Darrin's reaction when he told her he knew was hilarious. Although he might have thought it was for one thing, i.e. protection, and didn't mind using condoms so that Mary-Beth didn't have to get so upset about the injection was incredibly sweet.
This book was an awesome, kickass book to add to the Neighbour From Hell Series. I seriously cannot wait to read more about the Bradford's.

Anybody who knows me, knows how much I love this series. I absolutely adored this book. I impatiently waited for its release, and couldn't wait to begin devouring this amazingly awesome book.
So, Roxie has been avoiding Reece for months embarrassed by the slight mishap. However, Reece mistakingly believes they slept together, and even though they almost did, he passed out. He doesn't know that they never slept together as he was extremely drunk and didn't deal with the 'aftermath' well in the morning. Inadvertently, he hurt Roxie's feelings and after nursing her hurt for a while and avoiding him, she was going to come clean about what actually happened. Until Reece started avoiding her. And now one simple misunderstanding has blown to epic proportions.
I loved this book - Roxie was such a strong character and I really admired her. I had tears in my eyes reading about what happened to her bestfriend and why. One of my closest friends is gay, and it just goes to show how violent crimes still occur due to homosexuality. This really hit home for me. Roxie was quirky and loveable - she is definitely someone I'd love to know in real life. She was kickass.
Reece. Sigh. I have a thing for guys in uniforms, or leather cuts, or football gear. Basically, I have a thing for hot alpha-males, don't sue. Reece was such a hot little sweetie pie in this book. He's had enough with this avoidance shit - the only thing he regrets about what he thinks happened that night, is the fact he doesn't remember. He's had enough, and is determined to get things back on track with Roxie. Yes, he values their friendship from before that night, but he now wants more. And he's determined to get it.
That thing with the stalker/rapist creeped me out. I live in an old house, and now have nightmares of there being a secret passageway so some creep get in to the house. Not cool.
Overall, I adore this series, and this book was just another kickass one on top of the rest. I am sooooo stoked for Colton's novella - I already love this guy. And I so cannot wait till Nick's book.

So, I almost cried when I realised this series was over. Thats how much it broke my heart. I accidentally stumbled upon these books when I read an excerpt from Jimmy's book on a fellow book-blog. I was like, hmm.. this sounds interesting. But I'm an anal person and thus have to read everything in order so I went back to David's book and devoured that in one sitting. My little sweetheart, David. Then I got Mal's book and can I say I have never laughed at a book so hard as I did at the bed-breaking scene. I fell off my bed laughing for ten minutes straight. I nearly peed my pants thats how funny it was. I was then sceptical about Jimmy's book, knowing what we did from David's book. This asshole, this big bear softie asshole. I fell madly in love with Jimmy and Lena was just a fellow badass curvy chick. My heart solely belongs to Jimmy, with David being in close second. These Ferris brothers. God.
So, I was sad going into Ben's book as I didn't want it to be over. I bought the paperback, but growing impatient with waiting to receive it in the mail I bought the ebook when it released as well. And I don't regret a single penny.
I think it's fair to say everybody knew that something was going to happen between these two - hell, that restaurant scene in Lead, we all knew who Ben was texting.
I devoured this book in one sitting. It was just an incredible ending to the end of the series - and introduced us to characters in the next series. I loved this book. I loved Lizzy, Ben and his commitment issues (can you blame him with having Martha as his sister). And this surprised me as well - I actually liked Martha. I mean, yes she's still an incredible bitch, but she was also hilarious in this book. And that labour scene, she was badass. Am I suspecting a book for her and Sam in the spinoff series? Me thinks so.
Lizzy has wiped her hands off of Ben in the beginning of the book, and to be honest I'm not surprised. He was an asshole, and not a charming one at that. The amount of times I wanted to put my hand through my e-reader and then through his face was unreal. He was just irritating at times. But I still fell in love with this big bear bass player. Despite the heroine being pregnant, this was still a slow-love story between the two main characters and I enjoyed that immensely.
And can I just say how badass Sam was in this book - him telling off Martha was hot and had me tingling. Something tells me this alpha-man would be awesome if he was ever to have his own book.
I loved this series and am so sad to see it end. I feel like crying now writing this review for the final book in the series. This is seriously depressing. Guys, you need to read this amazing series about a close-knit group of friends and family.
